Christopher R. Martella will speak on the topic of IP/Open Source/Data Privacy for Detroit’s 2016 World Intellectual Property Day. The event will focus on digital creativity and how it relates to entrepreneurship and protection of intellectual property. Mr. Martella will discuss how open source security and disclosures effect contractual obligations of providers, suppliers and end users.
