Jason P. Seaver counsels companies and individuals in residential and commercial real estate matters. With 28 years of experience in title insurance and real estate, he has an intimate knowledge of the industry.
Prior to joining Kemp Klein, Mr. Seaver was Company Counsel for Attorneys Title Agency, where he protected client interests by overseeing complex contracts and negotiations for all their Southeast Michigan locations. Mr. Seaver was also a Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel where he advised over 500 agents across a variety of branches on legal issues including the Fair Housing Act, landlord/tenant disputes and seller’s disclosure issues.
Mr. Seaver works with clients in all real estate matters, including the purchasing, selling, financing, or leasing of existing buildings, as well as in land acquisition, financing and construction of new residences or commercial/industrial buildings.
