Since 1997, Mr. Nixon has represented businesses, employers, and individuals in successfully resolving a wide range of civil lawsuits, appeals, and other disputes. His broad experience includes controversies involving contracts, partnership and shareholder rights, defamation, employment, discrimination and other civil rights claims, collections, construction, deed restrictions, franchising, dealerships, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and unfair competition.
