Practice Areas: Probate Law and Administration, Estate and Trust Litigation
Tracy Feliksa is an associate practicing probate law focusing on trusts, decedents’ estates, guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary issues. Tracy has a particular interest in elder financial abuse issues, and she enjoys working with and advocating for elderly clients. She considers it a privilege to assist families with the estate administration process after the death of a loved one, so families can better focus on celebrating the life of their loved one.
Tracy graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School magna cum laude. While in law school Tracy served as an assistant editor on law review, advocated in court for clients of the Family Law Assistance Project, and provided pro-bono legal assistance in the “Service to Soldiers” and “Immigration Outreach” programs. Her interest in probate matters developed before attending law school during her years working as a senior paralegal in the areas of estate planning, elder planning, probate, real property, and tax resolution. Tracy also has an undergraduate degree in engineering and seven years professional engineering experience. As a past engineer, paralegal, and now attorney, Tracy has a natural focus on delivery of efficient and accurate legal representation for her clients.
