Kemp Klein shareholder Tom Rauch is an experienced real estate attorney representing individuals, businesses and municipalities. In addition to his 30 plus years of law practice, Mr. Rauch uses his expertise as a registered architect, licensed real estate broker and former financial institution executive and city planner to help his clients strategize and negotiate business, real estate and financial matters.

He maintains an “AV” peer review rating with Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest peer review rating for attorneys. Additionally, Mr. Rauch has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© 2022 in the field of Real Estate Law (Copyright 2021 by Woodward/White, Inc., of SC).
