Austin is adept at navigating family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division.

Following his graduation from law school, Austin engaged in no-fault insurance defense work. However, prior to joining Kemp Klein Law Firm, Austin primarily practiced in the areas of family law, probate, and estate planning.

Austin is a graduate of Wayne State Law School and is a recipient of the Law Dean’s Scholar Award as well as the Bockoff and Mall scholarship in Estate Planning. During law school, Austin contributed to Wayne Law Review as the Senior Note and Comment Editor and interned for the Honorable Patrick J. Duggan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
