The candidates should have 6+ years of experience in the practice areas. The candidate should also be willing to become the successor primary lawyer for the current practice as well as to help continue the development of the practice for future success.

Real Estate Associate: The ideal candidate will have 6+ years experience in the following:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial and residential real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements (office, retail, industrial) and conveyance documents
- Reviewing and resolving title and survey issues
- All aspects of due diligence
- Conduct closings
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses
Employment Law Associate: The ideal candidate will have 6+ years experience in the following:
- Negotiating and drafting correspondence and all agreements related to labor and employment law.
- Consulting and advising employers regarding employment-law compliance and best practices.
- All aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions and arguing in court and other administrative/governmental employment oversight settings.
- Managing and grow client relationships.
- Portable book of business is a plus.
- Strong analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
