As a probate and trust administration paralegal, I collaborate with attorneys on all steps of post-death administration including drafting pleadings, docketing and managing cases from opening, asset collection to distribution through all aspects of administration to closing. I assist clients with every type of post-death issue including coordination with CPAs on the preparation of tax returns and coordinating real estate transfers.
