Kemp Klein provides the day-to-day support and overall strategic vision to help attorneys grow their practices. In exchange, we look for attorneys who have the expertise and reputation to complement our firm’s current practice areas. Associate Attorneys
Associate attorneys at Kemp Klein receive hands-on experience working with senior level attorneys in a variety of practice areas. Our associate attorneys meet regularly as a group to exchange ideas and listen to a variety of speakers. Summer Associates
Our summer associate program allows students to work with attorneys in a variety of practice areas. This helps associates discover which areas of the law are most interesting and suitable. Summer associates also participate in firm-wide events and seminars and are treated as a member of the legal team. There are no summer associate positions open at this time. Legal Assistants & Support Staff
Legal assistants and support staff serve a critical role at Kemp Klein. Therefore, we look for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, experience in the legal field and the ability to multi-task. Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for a legal assistant position at Kemp Klein:

  • A legal assistant degree or certificate (or commensurate legal experience);
  • Legal experience or applicable business experience;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys and support staff;
  • Entry level computer skills; and
  • A high school diploma and valid driver’s license.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for a support staff position at Kemp Klein:

  • Legal experience or other applicable business experience;
  • Skilled typing, spelling, and grammar;
  • Entry level computer skills; and
  • A high school diploma and valid driver’s license.
