Beth Schlosser focuses her practice in the areas of guardianships and conservatorships, Medicaid Planning, Decedent’s Estates, Will and Trust Disputes, Estate Planning and Trust Administration.
Ms. Schlosser assists and manages assets for individuals with disabilities, mental illness or other impairments and is especially adept at understanding the needs of the protected individual. Equipped with experience and compassion, Ms. Schlosser ensures that the incapacitated individuals she works with receive quality care and protection.
Ms. Schlosser has years of experience in simplifying matters for families as they work through the estate of a deceased loved one. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Schlosser worked in the areas of estate planning and probate as a paralegal. As an attorney, Ms. Schlosser is skilled at drafting estate plans tailored to her client’s unique situations and designed to safeguard intentional outcomes.
