Faith Gaudaen helps businesses and families in conflict come to resolution. She has represented business owners in dispute, assisted families in disagreement over wills and trusts and coached companies through hiring, firing and a host of other employment issues. Her forte is managing conflict and guiding clients to resolution whether through the courts, arbitration, mediation or other conflict resolution.
Business and Employment Conflict: Ms. Gaudaen helps companies from the start of operation, through day-to-day maintenance issues, and resolves any conflicts that arise along the way. In addition, she handles real estate matters such as, contract negotiation, tax foreclosure, landlord/tenant conflicts and zoning issues.
