She has represented business owners in dispute, assisted families in disagreement over wills and trusts and coached companies through hiring, firing and a host of other employment issues. Her forte is managing conflict and guiding clients to resolution whether through the courts, arbitration, mediation or other conflict resolution.
Business and Employment Conflict: Ms. Gaudaen helps companies from the start of operation, through day-to-day maintenance issues, and resolves any conflicts that arise along the way.
