While also having experience through the years with a range of duties involving civil litigation, Kelly’s current, primary areas of focus for the firm are concentrated in corporate law and real estate matters. She supports our attorneys with, among other things: business formations, conversions and dissolutions; in-state and out-of-state corporate governance documents; updating and maintenance of corporate minute books; due diligence research involving assets, current and past litigation status and UCC encumbrances; support with corporate finance and commercial real estate transactions; research and compilation of data and information necessary to prepare and record various instruments of conveyance; and the preparation and filing SEC documents.
