Mr. Nixon is known for his technical excellence, analysis, and litigation strategy. Mr. Nixon’s experience includes controversies involving construction, deed restrictions and other real estate matters, contracts, partnership and shareholder rights, defamation, employment, discrimination and other civil rights claims, and collections. Also, he has extensive experience in franchising litigation, dealerships, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and unfair competition.
In 2020, Mr. Nixon was named the firm’s General Counsel.
