Faith Gaudaen helps businesses and families in conflict come to resolution. Business and Employment Conflict: Ms. Gaudaen helps companies from the start of operation, through day-to-day maintenance issues, and resolves any conflicts that arise along the way. In addition, she handles real estate matters such as, contract negotiation, tax foreclosure, landlord/tenant conflicts and zoning issues.

Ms. Gaudaen “first chaired” a complex dispute between members of a limited liability company and obtained a “no cause” verdict, relieving her client of a one million dollar claim.
