THE 4th ANNUAL KEMP KLEIN FOUNDATION CHARITY GOLF OUTING

The Kemp Klein Foundation held its 4th Annual Charity Golf Outing at the beautiful Links of Novi Singh Golf Course in Novi, Michigan on Monday, September 8, 2025. All proceeds from the event benefited First Tee – Greater Detroit. Founded nationally in 1997, First Tee’s mission is “to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.” Through programming delivered at golf courses, elementary schools, and local youth centers, First Tee teaches participants valuable life skills including problem-solving, time management, teamwork, self-control, conflict resolution and improving relationships within family and community.

The mission of the Kemp Klein Foundation is to provide support to charitable organizations and promote volunteerism throughout the firm and community. Since its inception, the Foundation has contributed over $1,000,000 to hundreds of worthwhile causes which reflect our shared values. For more information about the Kemp Klein Foundation.

Kemp Klein Foundation Golf Outing Forgotten Harvest Donation - $33,000

On Monday, September 16th, 2024, Kemp Klein held the 3rd Annual Kemp Klein Foundation Charity Golf Outing at the Boulder Pointe Golf Club in Oxford, to benefit Forgotten Harvest, a charity that has been fighting hunger and food insecurity since 1990. Forgotten Harvest delivers 144,000 pounds of surplus food per day to local charities five days a week, providing families in need with fresh and nutritious food free of charge. At a time when many families are struggling to choose between food, fuel and rent, the importance of their work just can’t be overstated. Their work helps bridge the income gap for tens of thousands of people, allowing them to secure some basic life necessities for themselves and their family. The event raised $33,000 for Forgotten Harvest, which was be able to feed around 129,000 people.
