ASSOCIATE
As an associate at Kemp Klein Law Firm, Tyler Knurek focuses his practice on probate and trust litigation, as well as administration matters. Tyler has extensive experience handling a diverse array of litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, estate disputes, guardianships, conservatorships, and other general equity matters. Understanding that clients seeking counsel in probate matters are often facing acrimony among family members and/or friends, Tyler advises clients with compassion and respect throughout the course of representation.
Following his graduation with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Michigan University, Tyler attended law school at Wayne State University, where he graduated cum laude in 2017. While in law school, Tyler was a Dean’s Scholar recipient and a senior member of the mock trial and moot court programs.
Tyler is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan, as well as before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In addition, Tyler is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section and the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
