As an associate at the Kemp Klein Law Firm, Tyler Knurek focuses his practice in the areas of probate and trust litigation, as well as administration. Tyler has extensive experience handling a diverse array of litigation matters including: will contests, trust disputes, estate disputes, guardianships, conservatorships, and other general equity matters. Understanding that clients in search of counsel in probate matters are likely faced with acrimony amongst their families and/or friends, Tyler advises our clients with compassion and respect throughout the course of representation.
Following his graduation with a Bachelor of Arts from Central Michigan University, Tyler went on to attend law school at Wayne State University, graduating cum laude in 2017. While attending law school, Tyler was a Dean’s Scholar recipient and a senior member of the mock-trial and moot-court programs.
Tyler is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan as well as the U.S. District Court of Eastern Michigan and the 6th Circuit US Court of Appeals. In addition, Tyler is currently a member of the Probate and Estate Planning and Litigation sections of the Michigan bar association.
